The historic La Biscuitery building, once a bustling cookie factory, has been meticulously transformed into a sophisticated condo rental development featuring 103 modern units. We designed the interior of each unit, seamlessly blending industrial charm with contemporary style, incorporating exposed brick walls, wood ceilings, and unique mezzanine layouts in select units. In addition, we curated the design of all common spaces, including the rooftop terraces, gym, sauna room, and the inviting on-site café. The result is a perfect fusion of old-world character and modern luxury, offering residents an elevated urban living experience in this beautifully revitalized space.
