The renovation of a former police station into a dynamic multi-unit residential building in NDG, Montreal, seamlessly blends historic charm with modern design. We were responsible for designing all the interior common spaces and typical condo units, creating contemporary, spacious layouts that complement the building’s unique character. Many units feature private rooftop terraces with stunning city views, while residents can enjoy a well-equipped gym and thoughtfully curated communal areas. This project offers a distinctive living experience, celebrating the building’s rich history while incorporating modern amenities and design.
